At got geoint?, we often like to highlight major cultural events and holidays throughout the year (did you all see our X-mas coverage?). As such, since today is Good Friday, and we are at the front-end of Passover — and we can’t forget the Easter bunny — we wanted dedicate a “Friday’s Food for Thought” post to these holidays. Liquor Store Offers Home Delivery
We don’t know why anybody has thought of this one before (just kidding), but a Massachusetts liquor store — worried that hard times might keep many costumers out of the store — has decided to offer home delivery of booze. The delivery guy brings a handheld device to scan customer’s licenses to verify age, and according to the Massachusetts Package Stores Association, this is all legit. Read more here. Easter Puppy Attacks
We had a hard time finding a good Easter-related video to showcase today. But, we did come across this one. Hard to believe that there has been more than 61,000 views of this video on YouTube. I guess there’s no shortage of folks wanting to see low quality viral videos aimed at making people laugh. This one clearly misses the point. Enjoy.
