GEOINT 2011 kicked off with a bang with the opening keynote address by General James R. Clapper, Director of National of National Intelligence (DNI), which laid out his future vision of a more effective Intelligence Community that will focus more on Intelligence Integration in a time of tremendous budget cuts.
