Now that we have recovered from the whirlwind inaugural festivities, we wanted to focus this morning on USGIF member news. First up, DigitalGlobe announced that it is partnering with Aegis Technologies Group to launch ImageScape, which is a rapid 3D imagery system. According to the Digital Globe press release, the new technology will provide governments, enterprises and developers with the capability to create simulations of any location in the world.

In other news, ERDAS is hosting a webinar on Januray 27th, showcasing how its Image Web Server can allow one to be more efficient.
