There&#039;s no justification I&#039;ve seen that leads me to believe we need to be providing state and local governments military-grade satellite intelligence. That would open a box that needs to stay closed.</description>

		<description>While I certainly don&#039;t support programs which monitor and observe U.S. citizens and corporations, I do think there are cases which can be made for and supported by domestic satellite imagery, to view larger infrastructure and security issues.  Those cases however, don&#039;t have to have imagery of such resolution or granularity that it exceeds what is publicly available through commercial means, or on, say, Google Earth (which is quite good in many cases, and a commercial satellite product).</description>
