It was certainly one of the most significant historical events to happen in many of our life times. For many of us, it was the first time we felt vulnerable as a nation, and the concept of rogue nations and terrorists wanting to hurt us — on our own soil — became painfully real. In two days, our nation will be marking the 8th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, which was a series of coordinated suicide attacks by Al-Qaeda upon the United States killed 2,993 innocent people.
