Town Says “No” to Google Earth Swimming Pool Searches
Added by USGIF Category: General

Our readers may recall our coverage from a few months ago regarding the use of Google Earth to track people who do not have permits for backyard swimming pools in the town of Riverhead, NY. Well, the Riverhead town council fought back and has voted against the use of Google Earth for tracking un-permitted swimming pools. So, what is the moral of this story? Feedback?
