For a while now, we have been touting the merits of pursuing a career in GEOINT. You get to work with innovative technologies, solve national security issues and protect our great nation. Well, the well-respected Washingtonian Magazine further validated our belief that the GEOINT community offers the best career opportunities by naming five USGIF members to the annual 50 Great Places to Work List. Congratulations to all of these members who include Booz Allen Hamilton, Mitre Corp., Integrity Applications and NetApp.

Here’s the official list from Waashingtonian and why each company/organization made the list:

Booz Allen Hamilton (USGIF Strategic Partner-level Member) of McLean, Va.

Why It’s a Great Place to Work: Employees are proud of Booz Allen’s reputation and its work on issues from health-care reform to cybersecurity.
